The standard Bythlon Pedal System is eligible for return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Separately ordered Replacement Cleats and Pedals for the Planet are non-returnable. See the conditions and exceptions below.

Return Process

Email us at teamusa@bythlon.com to request a return authorization before sending your item back. Please include your order number, the product you're returning, and the reason for your return in your email.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with step-by-step instructions. Please do not send items back without receiving authorization first.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Important notes:
→ Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
→ Products must be returned complete with all accessories, preferably in the original packaging.
→ Only products purchased directly from our website are eligible for return.
→ Replacement Cleats (spare cleat sets) ordered separately are non-returnable.
→ Pedals for the Planet are non-returnable.
→ Other non-returnable items include marketing samples, custom or personalized items.
→ Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
